Billing Terms

How paid Lighthouse plans are billed, including charges, renewals and cancellations. These apply if you are on a paid plan. The free plan and the Explorer site are not affected.
Cancelling is covered there as well. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel a paid plan yourself from your Account page, without calling or emailing anyone, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Worth reading before you sign up
Three things in the Terms surprise people, so they are worth knowing in advance rather than after something goes wrong.
Loop is non-custodial. We do not hold your assets, cannot recover access for you, and cannot move your assets or reverse a transaction. That is a property of how the wallet is built, not a support policy.
Transactions settle on the Canton network and are final. Nobody at Loop can undo one.
Swapping is not run by Loop. The Terms list swap and bridging functionality as third-party services, provided by the companies that operate them rather than by us. We connect you to them, and their terms apply to what happens there.
Where to write about what
Legal notices, disputes and arbitration go to [email protected], not to support. Support cannot accept a legal notice on the company's behalf.
The Terms give you thirty days from when you first use the platform to opt out of the arbitration agreement in writing. If that matters to you, do not leave it late, because the window does not reopen.
Suspected unauthorised use of your wallet goes to [email protected]. That one is us, and the sooner the better.
If these documents change
Published versions stay at their addresses and are not edited afterwards. When something changes, a new version is published. Open the link rather than relying on a copy you saved.
